C. Brandon Lewis, ESQ

Mr. C. Brandon Lewis is a Founding Partner and Principal at the Lewis Law Group, APLC. Mr. Lewis practices International Business and Franchising.  Mr. Lewis is an experienced Business Strategist and advises entrepreneurs in ways for their business to be successful in the United States. Through his work in the firm, he has been responsible for bringing various Franchise systems to the United States under the Food/Beverage, Health, Beauty and Wellness Industries. He has been able to work with Franchisors and Franchisees to ensure that all state and federal regulations are met. 

Mr. Lewis also practices Immigration and Nationality Law specifically handling complex Business Immigration cases involving Multi-National Corporations and Investor Visas. Mr. Lewis creates personalized strategic plans for his clients in order for them to be able to bring their foreign business successfully into the U.S. Market and internationally. 

Prior to founding the Lewis Law Group, Mr. Lewis worked as the Director of Operations at HMS, Inc., a publicly traded health care corporation with locations all over the United States. Before HMS, Mr. Lewis served as an In-House Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Allied Management Group Special Investigations Unit (AMG-SIU, Inc.), a company that aims to track fraud, waste and abuse in the government health programs and private health companies. 

As ancillary to his practice, Mr. Lewis is experienced in drafting contracts for employers, and various businesses. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He often serves as counsel to corporations to continue providing support for their corporate needs. 

Mr. Lewis is member of the Orange County Bar Association, Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity (Alumni) and is a lifetime member of the City of San Fernando Association La Union USA. 

A true Chapman University alumnus, Mr. Lewis earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the School of Law at the same time he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the School of Business. He also graduated from Chapman University Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. At graduation he was awarded the university’s Gray Key for his excellence in academics. Mr. Lewis is admitted to the State Bar of California and U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Lewis is also involved in his community. He is the Cub Master and Den Leader for his son’s Cub Scout Troop and he is often found volunteering his time at his children’s schools.
